Preselekcja - Preselection is a telecommunication service which is available in corpore only to subscribers of the fixed network of the dominant operator (Telekomunikacja Polska SA), which allows to be linked to another operator by which telephone communications will be carried out within the country as well as international calls by dialing only the subscriber’s number without indication of the prefix of the selected operator.
